The Promotion Period opens at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on January 1st, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2010. Shipments received before Promotional Period ends yet processed after January 1st, 2011 shall nonetheless be included in vendor’s total. Each crossing of a volume threshold will merit another prize. Total maximum prize amount will not be greater than $2300.00 in value. After the $100,000 threshold no further prizes will be awarded. Prizes shall generally be awarded within thirty days following the receipt of the shipment which put the vendor over the volume threshold.
How to enter: Unless you opt out of the Promotion by sending an email with the subject line “Opt Out” to , you will automatically be entered into the Promotion as a Superior Text vendor in good standing.

Entries are limited to independent buyers only, with whom Superior Text has explicitly established a working relationship; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible unless an explicit agreement with Michael Ehinger or John Hughes is worked out. Employees, contractors and agents of Superior Text, its subsidiaries, affiliates, resellers, or advertising or promotional agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

No substitutions of prizes (including for cash) are permitted, but Superior Text reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value to the prizes if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Rules. Your prizes or accrued promotional credit are non-transferable to any other individual or business entity.

Superior Text’s decisions are final in determining the eligibility of purchases and in all matters related to the Promotion. SUPERIOR TEXT RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL THE PROMOTION OR ALTER THE RULES.

Superior Text reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion, and any future giveaway or other promotion conducted by Superior Text, and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any participant or winner who, in Superior Text’s reasonable suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally manipulates the Promotion, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner.
