Return Policy

Superior Text is committed to proving quality products and exceptional service. Materials can be returned, no questions asked, within 60 days of the original invoice date. Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns. Superior Text must receive the materials within 30 days of the authorization date and in the original condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges except in cases where it is a return due to Superior Text error.

Customer will either receive replacement product if available or store credit at the request of the customer. Any returns received in an altered condition are non-returnable and the return shipping for these items (if desired) is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply to returned items.
